Q: What information do I need to give to create an account?
A: You only need an email address and a password to create an account. You will also need to declare that you are thirteen years of age or older and to accept the Auntie Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Once you are in, you can share your first name (or preferred nickname!) and upload a photo of yourself (or of your cat – we don’t judge!).
Q: How do I delete my information from the app?
A: You are able to delete individual check-ins or delete your entire account.
Steps to delete an individual check-in:
- Go to the Activity Tab.
- Scroll to the check-in results that you want to delete.
- Select the trash can icon at the bottom of the check-in summary.
- Select “Yes, delete.”
Steps to delete an entire account:
- Sign into your account.
- From the profile page, select the “Delete Account” bar.
- Read the disclaimer.
- Enter in your password.
- Select “Delete Account.”
- Select “Delete my account and data.”
Please note that the deletion of your data is permanent and irreversible. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
Q: Why does my chart score show as 0.0%?
A: This metric is calculated as a percentage change from your original check-in score, to the last check-in score. A score of 0.0% could mean that you only have one check-in on record or that your overall score has not changed from the original score.
Q: How are scores calculated?
A: Scores are subjective and based only on the information that is given to the chat assistant. NOTE: The more information you provide the less room for wrongly interpreting your health. It should be used only as an indicator of your overall health. Scores may also look different for different individuals and should not be used to compare yourself against anyone else.
Many of us are perfectionists and seeing a less than perfect score can be uncomfortable, but the goal is not to get to perfect! This is your journey and some days are going to be better than others. 🙂 Let it show!
Q: How do I report something inappropriate that Auntie said?
A: Auntie has been trained to not provide inappropriate materials, however this is a generative AI platform, using OpenAI’s ChatGPT API. Technology is constantly changing which brings a risk of unintended content.
If you feel that Auntie has said something inappropriate, please use the flag, under Auntie’s avatar, within the chat. This will notify us of the situation.

Q: I’m having trouble submitting my chat. What’s happening?
A: Chats are only saved on our platform if you specifically submit them to the platform. This provides you with the best level of privacy – YOU tell us when you want us to save that chat.
While your evaluation can be completed within a few seconds, it is normal for it to take up to two minutes. It is best practice to keep the screen open while she completes the check-in process. The longer your conversation, the longer it may take, so please be patient. 🙂
