1. Sponsor
The Auntie App Babies & Bumps Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Auntie Collab, Inc., (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
a) Conference Registration Entry (no purchase required):
Complete and submit a valid entry form in person at the Auntie booth at the Babies & Bumps Pittsburgh Conference on June 22, 2025. You must provide your name and email address.
b) Bonus Entry via App Activity (optional):
Download the Auntie AI app from the App Store (iOS or Android), register, and complete a daily check-in within the app during the Entry Period. Each completed daily check-in earns one (1) bonus entry, limited to one per day.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
You may receive additional entries without downloading the app by mailing a handwritten note with your full name, email, and the phrase “Auntie Sweepstakes Entry” to:
The Auntie Collab, Inc., 325 Leax Ln, Turtle Creek, PA 15145. Each valid mailed entry will count as one (1) entry, postmarked during the Entry Period.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card to either DoorDash or Grubhub (winner’s choice). Approximate retail value (ARV): $50.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about Saturday, July 5, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via the email address provided and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: The Auntie Collab Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical or human errors; or any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
